Spatial Information Research Institute (SIRI, President Chang-hak Choi) of LX KCSC presented two projects
winning for Chile and Tunisia.
Supported by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MoLIT) in Korea, the Infra Master Plan Project for
Chile is composed of analysis study, master planning, development of pilot system and sharing of Korea
Land Information System(KLIS) experience. KCSC will closely work with Ministerio de Bienes Nacionales in
Chile for successful result.

The Tunisia project is a joint consulting program by KSP(knowledge sharing program, Korea Exim Bank) and
World Bank for establishing a roadmap in land management system. By this project, KCSC will conduct a study for
a master plan of establishing a national-level land information management system and open capacity building
workshop to share Korean experience with Tunisian officials.

President Choi expressed that these shows KCSC’s successful settlement into South America and Northern
Africa continent, and expected better relationship with MDBs.
